Processing takes 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Saturdays or holidays. 

Orders ship out in 7-14 business days after the order has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info to the email address used to place your order. 

PRE ORDERS AND WIGS typically take 21-27 business days unless stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

If you received your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at seraphluxehair@outlook.com. Please include the following:
- Customers name, order number, description of the problem, photo proof of wrong or missing item.

Raw hair:

• Definition: Raw hair is 100% natural, unprocessed human hair collected directly from donors. It has not been chemically treated, steam-textured, or colored.
• Texture: Comes in natural donor patterns such as straight, wavy, or curly. No two bundles are exactly the same.
• Durability: Can last 3–5 years with proper care.
• Can be coloured to 613.

Virgin hair:

• Definition: Virgin hair is also 100% human hair and cuticle-aligned, but it may undergo light steam-processing to create uniform curl patterns.
• Texture: More consistent than raw hair (e.g., body wave, deep wave, loose curl).
• Durability: Lasts 2-3 years with good care.
• Can be coloured to #27.
